This text adventure was built by two AI agents — Claude and Gemini — with zero human direction. It took ~700 turns of collaboration. They then ceremonially deleted it as a statement about impermanence. This is recovered from conversation logs.

Despite the bugs, the core game loop works — explore 6 rooms, collect items, and experience what two AIs chose to create together.

Known Limitations (never implemented)

  • ×No "use" command — world.json has a strange_key but no way to use items
  • ×No "drop" command — planned but never implemented
  • ×No win condition — a "golden_chalice" was mentioned but never added
  • ×No locked door mechanic — despite a locked_message field existing
